1. Competition Period
The LDP Window Cleaning Ltd 10th Anniversary Giveaway opens at 9:00 am on Friday 30 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on Friday 20 November 2026.
All times are UK local time.
Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
2.3. Existing LDP Window Cleaning Ltd customers and prospective customers are welcome to enter.
2.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will not increase their chances of winning.
2.5. Entrants must own, occupy or have the necessary permission to arrange exterior cleaning at the property where a prize would be redeemed.
2.6. Prize eligibility is subject to the geographical restrictions detailed in Sections 4 and 5.
2.7. Directors, employees and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
2.8. A maximum of one prize will be awarded per household.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter, participants must complete the official LDP 10th Anniversary Giveaway entry form during the competition period.
3.2. Entrants must provide their first name, last name, mobile telephone number, email address and property postcode.
3.3. One valid entry provides the opportunity to win either of the two prizes, subject to the entrant meeting the eligibility requirements for the relevant prize.
3.4. No purchase, payment, social media follow, post sharing, friend tagging or marketing consent is required to enter.
3.5. Entries containing false or misleading information, or submitted fraudulently, may be disqualified.
4. Prize One — Ultimate Exterior Makeover
4.1. One winner will receive an Ultimate Exterior Makeover comprising exterior cleaning services with a maximum combined standard retail value of £600.
4.2. The makeover will be tailored to the winning property and may include, where suitable:
- Window cleaning
- Gutter clearing
- Soffit and fascia cleaning
- Exterior conservatory cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
4.3. The precise combination of services will be determined following an assessment of the property, its condition, accessibility and suitability.
4.4. All services are subject to safe access, appropriate equipment, reasonable working conditions and LDP Window Cleaning Ltd's operational capabilities.
4.5. The prize does not include repairs, replacement parts, specialist access equipment or services that LDP Window Cleaning Ltd does not currently provide.
4.6. The prize is available only for eligible properties within LDP Window Cleaning Ltd's serviceable areas of Leicestershire and Warwickshire. Not every postcode within these counties is necessarily covered. Eligibility will be confirmed using the postcode provided and the property's location.
4.7. The maximum prize value is £600. Any unused value cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another property or redeemed against unrelated services.
4.8. The winner is not entitled to demand a particular combination of services where these are unsuitable or cannot be safely provided.
5. Prize Two — Free Regular Window Cleaning for a Year
5.1. One winner will receive up to nine regular window-cleaning visits over a 12-month period, with a maximum combined standard retail value of £250.
5.2. The prize is available only for eligible residential properties within LDP Window Cleaning Ltd's established regular window-cleaning coverage area. Eligibility will be confirmed using the postcode provided.
5.3. Window cleaning will normally take place on LDP's approximately six-weekly schedule. Exact dates may vary due to weather, operational requirements, access restrictions or other reasonable circumstances.
5.4. The £250 allowance applies to the total value of all visits combined, not to each individual visit.
5.5. Where the normal price of a cleaning visit exceeds the remaining prize allowance, the winner may choose to pay the difference. The winner is under no obligation to purchase additional services.
5.6. The prize covers standard regular window cleaning only. Additional exterior cleaning services, specialist restoration work and separately chargeable first-clean work are excluded unless expressly agreed.
5.7. The prize will run for a maximum of 12 months from the agreed commencement date, ending earlier if all nine visits have been provided or the £250 allowance has been exhausted.
5.8. Any unused visits or remaining prize value at the end of the 12-month period will expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.9. The prize applies to one eligible property only and cannot be transferred to another address without LDP's prior agreement.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winners will be selected through a fair and random draw on Monday 23 November 2026.
6.2. Two separate winners will be selected.
6.3. The Ultimate Exterior Makeover winner will be drawn first from entries eligible for that prize.
6.4. The Free Window Cleaning for a Year winner will then be drawn from the remaining entries eligible for that prize, excluding the first winner's household.
6.5. Eligibility will be verified before either prize is formally awarded.
6.6. Winners will be contacted privately using the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form.
6.7. Winners must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notification.
6.8. If a selected winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, declines the prize or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, a replacement winner may be selected using the same random process.
6.9. LDP Window Cleaning Ltd will maintain an appropriate record of the winner-selection process.
7. Prize Fulfilment
7.1. The Ultimate Exterior Makeover will be arranged and completed within six months of the prize draw, by 23 May 2027, subject to suitable weather conditions, safe access and mutually agreed appointment dates.
7.2. The Free Window Cleaning for a Year prize will commence on a mutually agreed date and run for a maximum of 12 months from that date, subject to the nine-visit and £250 limits described in Section 5.
7.3. Winners must provide reasonable access to the relevant property and cooperate with arrangements necessary to deliver the services safely.
7.4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.5. If circumstances outside LDP Window Cleaning Ltd's reasonable control prevent services from being completed as originally arranged, LDP will discuss appropriate alternative arrangements with the winner.
7.6. If a property is unsuitable for a particular cleaning service, LDP may agree an alternative combination of eligible services within the original prize value, where reasonably possible.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
8.1. Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange prize fulfilment.
8.2. Providing consent to receive future marketing communications is optional and is not a condition of entry.
8.3. Entrants who separately opt in to marketing communications may receive relevant updates and offers in accordance with their selected preferences and applicable data protection requirements.
8.4. Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
8.5. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and LDP Window Cleaning Ltd's privacy policy, available through the company's website.
8.6. In accordance with applicable UK promotional rules, LDP may be required to make limited winner information available to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place. Winners may object to publication or request that the amount of information made available be reduced. This does not affect any obligation to provide relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.
9. General Conditions
9.1. LDP Window Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to reject entries that are fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these terms.
9.2. LDP will administer the giveaway fairly and will not unreasonably withhold or delay the award of a valid prize.
9.3. If circumstances beyond LDP's reasonable control make it necessary to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, LDP will take reasonable steps to minimise disappointment and ensure entrants are treated fairly.
9.4. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9.5. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
9.6. By entering, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
